My Background and Experience

I'm an Executive Coach specialising in working 1:1 with Senior Leaders in Financial Services and Founder of XFS Coaching Solutions.

With over 20 years’ experience in Investment Management and professionally qualified coaching expertise, I understand first-hand many of the pressures and challenges that come with senior leadership, organisational change and building a successful career within demanding corporate environments.

 Before becoming an Executive Coach, I spent over 20 years working within the Investment Management industry in both London and offshore locations for the investment management divisions of FTSE 100 companies.

My experience includes senior roles across Product Development, Project Management, Client Relationship Management, Investment Operations and Operational Risk. I also have extensive experience managing business change, leading teams and working within fast-paced, high-pressure corporate environments.

Having experienced different stages of corporate life myself, including leadership progression, career transitions and balancing a demanding corporate career alongside family life, I understand many of the realities and complexities senior leaders in financial services face today.

 My coaching style is solutions-focused and action-oriented. I draw on positive psychology and neuroscience and tailor sessions to the individual and their specific goals and challenges.

I’m open, honest and compassionate, offering both support and appropriate challenge. Clients often describe me as a confidential thinking space, a valuable sounding board and a much-needed accountability partner.

I live in South East London with my husband and two teenage children. Originally from the Isle of Man, I moved to London over 20 years ago.

Outside of coaching, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and have a passion for live music. I'm always drawn to the sea, whether that is within the UK or when travelling further afield during the school holidays.
