I am a wife, mother and music lover. I have two children (aged 10 and 12) and live in South East London. Originally from the Isle of Man where I grew up and started my professional career, but moved to London 20 years ago.
I currently spend my time busy with family and friends and work coaching women. I love being able to help women returning to work, starting a new role or changing career. With my experience and using coaching, I can help women become the best they can be. I want everyone to have the job and career that makes them happy.
I spent over 20 years in the Investment Management Industry in various Senior Management roles including Product Development, Project Management, Client Relationship Management, Investment Operations and Operational Risk. I have a wealth of experience in managing business change and responsibility for teams of staff.
I have worked full time, taken maternity leave (twice) and worked part time so understand some of the challenges around making a corporate career work with a family.
After leaving the corporate world I created and managed my own small business. I designed, manufactured and distributed indoor mini trampolines for children. The product was sold on-line and won awards, featured at festivals, in national press, gift guides and was supplied to hospitals and specialist schools.
I have worked from my kitchen table, run the business on my own, built a business to scale and experienced life as an entreprenuer.
My professional qualifications include the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) which had a coaching element and I have a Professional Coach Diploma. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), an associate member of the Association for Coaching and you will find me on The Coach Directory too. I mainly focus on 1:1 Career Coaching for Women.
I was lucky to have coaching in both my previous corporate world and when running my own business. I know the amazing value that having a coach can add and I am now passionate about offering that to women in the workplace.
